If there is something/anything I can do myself to help the environment, the earth, the animals, myself, save money, live longer, feel good, have energy and gain natural health by doing so, why wouldn't I? There is a plethora of factual information out there about why veganism is good for your health, but also good for the animals and the planet. For me, that's plenty enough. Plus, who doesn't want to feed their body with #ActualFood?!?! I am not here to thrust my beliefs upon anyone nor judge, but I figured someone would ask.
